Any Cadet interested in being considered for promotion should submit a 250 word essay about leadership to Deputy Piazza by September 19, 2016. Submissions must be made prior to the meeting on that date.

All submissions should be emailed as a PDF attachment to paul.piazza@putnamcountyny.org

Essay submissions will be followed up with an interview.
