Monday evening our Phase 1 Cadets finally received their first classroom lesson where their new Cadet Sergeants went outer the Cadet Handbook- Our Rules and Regulations.

Then alongside Phase 2, our Phase 1 Cadets had their first PT test which requires them to complete push-ups, sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run!

Let’s keep it up Cadets!!

Congratulations to Xander Przymylski from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Cadet Program, who earned the title of Top Cadet at this year’s NERLEEA Tactical Challenge.

For the second year in a row, Xander demonstrated exceptional composure, and skill, earning the highest overall individual score in one of the most demanding competitions of the year.

This achievement reflects not only hard work and preparation, but also the dedication and professionalism that define our cadet programs across the Northeast.
